ABANA provides free shipping within Saudi Arabia for orders above SAR 1,000. We do not ship outside Saudi Arabia.

We process and ship all our orders 5 days a week, with the exception of Fridays, Saturdays, and KSA Public Holidays.
Delivery period is usually 5 to 9 days from the receipt of payment.
Please note, we only deliver within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION:
- A signature is required upon the receipt of the shipment.
- We insure all packages in transit from our warehouse to the delivery address against theft and accidental damage. Once the package has been signed for it is no longer insured by ABANA.
- Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. ABANA is not responsible for any delays caused by customers itself or any other party..
- ABANA reserves the right to add extra charges to the shipping delivery if your location is in a remote area.
- If you want to cancel or refund your order, please head our Contact Us page.
- Please note that if your order has already been shipped and you want to cancel it, you will need to receive it first and then follow the return process.
REFUNDING THE PURCHASE
Please note, it may take up to 10 working days to process your refund after we have received your returned item.
- All Credit Card refunds will be credited back to the original payment card used for the transaction.
- Please note that shipping fees, taxes and/or customs duties incurred will not be refunded. Value Added Tax (VAT) on the product, however, will be refunded.
Products that are damaged including its packaging, and/or with missing components.
ORGANISING RETURNS & EXCHANGES FOR REGISTERED CUSTOMERS
- To organize a return or exchange, please complete the following steps within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Sign into your account and click on the “Orders” link.
- Click “Return Items” and fill up the form.
- When finished, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click “SUBMIT RETURN REQUEST”.
- You will receive an email with a link for you to track the status of your return or exchange.
- Returned items must be received within 7 days of the return request approval date. Any returns received after the mentioned period will not be processed and the goods will be returned to the customer, and the shipping cost will be charged to the customer.
- Any additional items returned that were not included in the approved list of returned items will be sent back to the customer and the shipping cost will be charged to the customer.
- All orders must be returned in one package.
- All items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please ensure you include any belts and any designer packaging that may have been included.
- All items are quality checked before dispatching, however, if you receive a damaged or faulty item then please head to the Contact Us page, select "Returns & Exchange" and fill out your order details in the form within 48 hours of receiving.
- Our Customer Care team will email you to confirm that your return item(s) has been received and will process the refund/exchange.
Should you wish to repeatedly exchange items, the return shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.
Please note, ABANA reserves the right to refuse refunds and/or exchanges on items that are considered to be unfit for resale.
Returns made outside of the 7-day timeframe will not be accepted and sent back to the customer and the shipping cost will be charged to the customer.
